This past Tuesday, we held a moving and meaningful conference at Our Home in Kfar Sirkin, dedicated to parents of young survivors of the music festival massacre in the south, and others affected by the events of October 7th.
The purpose of the conference was to create a safe and supportive space for parents, a place to share, offer ideas, be heard, and think together about the best ways to support their children on their journey of healing.
Drawing from their deep familiarity with their children’s needs, struggles, and hopes, the parents brought forward powerful voices, heartfelt insights, and practical suggestions for the path ahead.
In a sensitive and supportive atmosphere, we heard painful testimonies alongside sparks of hope.
Together, we began to shape guiding principles for future action, community-based, for the children, for the parents, and for a better tomorrow.
We will continue to act, learn, and listen – so that no one walks this path alone.
